How many pills are you taking? Maybe none. Maybe 4 or 5. Do you suffer from physical pain or emotional pain? What are your options to relieve your suffering?

The frontal lobe of your brain is your source of pleasure to enjoy music, food, and sex. Your reaction is often based on your mood. How can you enjoy life without the harmful effects of loud music, saturated fatty foods, and uninhibited sexual practices?

The question at hand is in the news every day. Obesity and sexual drives are out of hand. How do we control are frontal lobe without harmful effects?

Dr. Eve Glazier and Dr. Elizabeth Ko report on a study showing over the counter pain medicine can ease emotional suffering. So, is the answer to take a pill? You have so many choices these days with new pills on the market. Every commercial break there is a pill to solve your every problem.

So to break this down > pleasure causes pain > pills reduce pain from pleasure> pills cause pain from harmful side effects?

Before you ever consider taking a pill, have you tried alternative methods to reduce your suffering? The list of alternative methods is long. Here is a partial list of alternative methods that all professionals should be providing before prescribing pills.

  • Weight Loss
  • Physical Activity
  • Nutrition
  • Spices
  • Seven (7) hours sleep every night
  • Ice + elevation+ rest
  • Meditation
  • Stretching
