2. Create a personal menu to fit your life
- Complete health & nutrition & fitness assessment. Includes body fat %, waist size, and BMI
- Includes assessments of daily habits, nutrition, balance, posture, strength, and endurance
- Medications reviewed to include prescribed drugs, over the counter, herbals, and essential oil
- Safe monitoring of your blood pressure and heart rate during a mini exercise test
- Concentrate on building lean muscle to lose the weight you want
- When and how much to eat of the right carbohydrates, healthy fats, and correct amount of proteins
- Build into your day a 10 minute workout and strengthening exercises, even it you are stiff with arthritis
