Well, I really could never run, but have walked 75-100 miles every season. Now that it is winter, I spend more time stretching. I move easier and have less joint stress when I stretch most every day. When you find a good stretch that really lengthens the muscle, oxygen flows into the muscle and the muscle is more flexible.
Families and friends that exercise together live well. What are your family and friends doing together? The summer is easy when the weather is nice and warm. The sun gets me motivated to get up going. Find a friend to walk. Now that it is winter, find a mall to walk. You don’t have to have a gym membership. Or bundle up and visit your local park. As long as there is not snow or ice, the pavement has space for you.
