  • ¼ cup chopped broccoli
  • ¼ cup chopped mushrooms
  • ¼ cup chopped red cabbage
  • ⅓ cup prepared Minute Rice & Quinoa
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • ⅓ cup garbanzo beans, warmed & rinsed cool water
  • 1 cup chopped turkey, warmed or chilled
  • 2 tbsp Ken's Simply Vinaigrette
