My favorite recipe is Oat Bran Muffins! They are a great way to enjoy blueberries.
- 1 cup dry Quaker Oat Bran Hot uncooked cereal
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 full cup blue berries
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Fill 6 oiled muffin cup tins. Bake at 425 degrees for 17-18 minutes.
