Blueberries are my favorite food,

  • full of taste,
  • anti-oxidants
  • fiber
  • vitamin K and C
  • manganese,
  • & copper.

These berries fight infections, strokes, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

My favorite recipe is Oat Bran Muffins! They are a great way to enjoy blueberries.

Blueberry Oat Bran Muffins

Cook time:  18 mins

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dry Quaker Oat Bran Hot uncooked cereal
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 full cup blue berries
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Fill 6 oiled muffin cup tins. Bake at 425 degrees for 17-18 minutes.
