Home Safety Assessment
I provide a home safety assessment as an independent survey of your home to identify dangers that could cause your harm. Your fitness, nutrition, and medications are also assessed. This assessment takes about an hour while you are present in your home. A family member can be invited to participate.
Recommendations may include a referral for home services or for updates to your home to help you. You will receive a full typed report within one week. You are provided a quality assessment without bias. I do not receive a fee from any organization I may refer you to.
