Quick and Simple
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast- grilled or baked
- 1 tbsp Fresh basil
- 1 Tomato- sliced
- 1 Cucumber- sliced
Instructions
- Add basil to chicken, chill to ready to eat
- Serve with tomato and cucumber
Notes
Provides 20 grams of healthy good fat proteins
Provides fresh vegetables for Vitamin C, folate, and potassium
