  1. Drink ½ your weight in ounces in water every day
  2. Wear light weight clothing
  3. Eat light meals
  4. Eat good fats every day
  5. Enjoy air conditioned spaces
  6. Use a fan or enjoy the breeze
  7. Use a cold cloth on your face and neck
  8. Run cold water on your wrists
  9. Chew ice chips
  10. Drink a cool sugar free beverage
  11. Eat cucumbers
  12. Eat watermelon
  13. Take a cool shower
  14. Swim in a pool
  15. Go to the beach
  16. Sit or stand under a shade tree
  17. Use a spray bottle for misting
  18. Eat smaller meals 5 times a day
  19. Walk in the evening
  20. Walk early in the morning
  21. Walk in the rain
  22. Ride a bike
  23. Have tuna salad for lunch
  24. Drink Minute Maid Light Lemonade
  25. Place ice packs on your shoulders or chest
  26. Visit a cave
  27. Spend time in a basement
  28. Walk in a creek
  29. Place fresh salsa on your grilled fish
  30. Weigh less to feel cooler
  31. Enjoy a mixed salad with lots of color
