Ingredients
- 1 oz baby spinach
- 1 oz baby kale
- ¼ cup chopped broccoli
- ¼ cup chopped mushrooms
- ¼ cup chopped red cabbage
- ⅓ cup prepared Minute Rice & Quinoa
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- ⅓ cup garbanzo beans, warmed & rinsed cool water
- 1 cup chopped turkey, warmed or chilled
- 2 tbsp Ken's Simply Vinaigrette
