I meet with employees and provide private individual and group weight loss coaching covered 100% by Anthem or United Health Care Insurance. This meets the employee where they spend a majority of their time. They take the information and share with their families. This helps build a health work environment.

Lunch & Learns
I enjoy helping businesses control health care dollars with basics in fitness & nutrition & medications. The following are onsite programs offered to local central Indy businesses with 5 to 20 employees. Lunch and learn has a new perspective. I bring a portable kitchen and all food items and cook your employees a menu option. Also, we do a simple workout to stretch and move that can be done in any work space. Spend your lunch dollars on a program that works for your waist!
I am certifed as a Food Safety Manager with 360training.com required of all businesses serving food to the public. I am also certified in Fitness & Nutrition with the International Sports Science Association.
Enjoy the Ten Minute Workout with basics in ergonomics to reduce back and shoulder pains.
